Fourth High-Level Session of the Open Consultative Platform (OCP-HL-4)

Fourth High-Level Session of the Open Consultative Platform (OCP-HL-4)

Introduction

The OCP-HL-4 will discuss how to engage multiple stakeholders in delivering on the Early Warnings for All initiative (EW4All) goal, focused on mapping the strengths and potential contribution from the private sector to the early warning-related capacity gaps in the least developed countries (LDCs) and Small Island Developing States (SIDS). The outcome of the panel discussion at OCP-HL-4 is anticipated to inform the planning and technical implementation of EW4All in the first batch of 30 LDCs and SIDS selected for initial implementation.

Event registration is required to participate in the OCP-HL-4, whether physically or virtually. Permanent Representatives (PRs) of Memvers with WMO, as focal points for registration of the delegations to Cg-19, are urged to register their delegates for this event. The OCP-HL-4 will be open to all public, private, and academic stakeholders.
